Backlit Daffodil With a Bug

nice one, I like your choice of crop.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Dotun. Wish that bit of yellow in the corner wasn't there but I don't use post processing.
The leaves have a nice translucent quality due to the sun.
Mary MacADNski: I often get backlit photos from this garden in late afternoon. Sometimes they get washed out. Sometimes not.
Very nice.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks for that, Bridge.
I do like the backlit effect, Mary. It almost looks paper thin!
Mary MacADNski: I like it too, though it breaks all rules, I think.
This is a real lovely flower shot, love the way the flower is sort of lit up by the sun. Lovely
Suby
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Suby. Flowers and the sun were meant to be together I think.
so warm... and the bug "detail" is great...
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, minelmio. I did't notice the bug when I took the photo but it 'jumps right out at you' on the screen. The red tulip peeking oput is interesting too.
A lovely springtime shot! Cheers, Dave
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, springtime is so lovely.
What a lovely shot. I so miss daffodil's, it gets too warm and humid for them here and of course they need that nice cold winter.
Mary MacADNski: Though this was just last week, they're pretty well passed here for the season. I have a few in a cooler garden but the tulips are still peaking. I love the spring flowers.
I love the lighting in this photo. Pretty flower!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Helen. Spring has sprung.
Lovely photo Mary... What caught my eye was the backdrop created by the leaves, great shot.
Mary MacADNski: Thank you, Tony.
